FIRST TRIMESTER

Many women experience nausea and absolutely no desire to eat anything nutritious during the first two trimesters of pregnancy. Yet there is a need for a great deal of protein in the diet. We are happy to make you whatever your heart desires, even if it changes one moment to the next, while still getting you the nourishment you need.

THIRD TRIMESTER

Some women test positive for Gestational Diabetes in their third trimester of pregnancy and are recommended to go on a low glycemic diet. We can create a menu low in concentrated sugars and refined grains.

FOURTH TRIMESTER

Postpartum. Our fourth trimester menus include foods that are nutrient dense and that help to support milk production. The body post birth is tender and needs a great deal of nutrition and easily digested calories for gentle recuperation.
